What’s Included:

• A values & vision kit with exercises, activities, and special goodies I snail mail to you in advance to get you ready with all the supplies you’ll need for our group experience.
• An 8 week group experience via a private facebook group where we work through a series of exercises I designed to help you–
  • Tune into current state in 8 core areas of your life.
  • Define your true embodied desires and future vision through focused prompts in 8 areas.
  • Identify key strengths & steps you’ll take to ensure you responsibly embody your vision and address any internal or external obstacles that might arise.
  • Clarify your top 5 values and how you want them to come to life in your next chapter.
  • Identify core habits & ways of being you’ll be taking on to get you where you want to go.
• NOTE: In RED edition our bodies will be a constant guide for us on all of the above that we’ll come back to again and again. We’ll be tuning in for the unique “language” your body talks in helping you pay attention to sensations that align you to your truth.
• Weekly LIVE group coaching calls introducing the exercises for the week, spaciousness for us to share, support & encourage each other and receive coaching real time for the brave souls!
• Supportive & loving group of like-minded folks ready to plan and cultivate a more fulfilling future together.
