•  A values & vision kit with exercises, activities, and special goodies I snail mail to you in advance to get you ready with all the supplies you’ll need for our group experience.
• An 8 week group experience via a private facebook group where we work through a series of exercises I designed to help you–
  • Evaluate current state in 8 core areas of your life.
  • Define your future vision through focused prompts in 8 areas.
  • Identify key strengths & steps you’ll take to ensure you can achieve your vision and address any internal or external obstacles that might arise.
  • Determine your top 5 values and how you want them to come to life in your next chapter.
  • Identify core habits & ways of being you’ll be taking on to get you where you want to go.
  • Apply my monthly “matters most” practice to keep your eye on the values & vision you now hold dear.
  • Build specific goals for the very next month helping you take aligned action toward that vision.
